Cancellation Policy
We truly appreciate you supporting our small business and trusting us with your self-care and confidence. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and out of respect for both your esthetician and fellow guests please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in a 50% service fee.
Late Policy: Please be ready on the treatment table within 7 minutes of your appointment time. If you arrive later than this, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. If we must reschedule, a 50% service fee will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, deposits, or retail purchases.
